Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it ships.

Delivery estimates

Most orders to the United States and Canada arrive within 8–20 business days of shipping. Some items ship from international warehouses, which is what makes the longer end of that window possible — if an item is expected to take longer, we'll say so on the product page. 

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders over $50. Below that, the exact rate is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Lost or stuck packages

If an order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us at the email on our contact page — we'll reship it or refund you in full. You will not be left chasing a courier on your own.

Duties and taxes

Orders within North America do not normally incur additional duties. If a customs charge is ever applied to your order, contact us before paying it.

Wrong address

If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible — we can usually correct it before the order ships.
